And Also…The Karma Spot Program

Here is how Karma Spots works: You sign up for two months of classes but suddenly get an amazing seat sale to fly to the Antarctic and pet baby penguins!  Sadly, this means you’ll miss two weeks of classes. All is not lost my penguin loving friend! You simply let the studio know, or post it to the handy-dandy Facebook group page, and donate your already-paid-for spot to someone else to attend in your place.  That lucky person, in turn, donates $10 at the studio to a chosen local charity to keep some good karma flowin’! You get to pet penguins, someone gets a free yoga class for the price of a sammich, and a local charity gets some love! Everyone wins….especially the penguins!

Our little studio has loads of sunlight, vintage bathrooms, and a fabulous view. It also has Lifesaver mints in the lobby because those were my grandma’s favourite…and Grandma’s are very important! ❤️

All classes are practiced in an environment slightly warmer than room temperature. That is approximately 25 degrees Celsius, or 75 degrees Fahrenheit (for our American friends).

We like to keep things clean at Alicia Tate Yoga:

We take your health very seriously so please know that we are very diligent with making sure that you feel safe and comfortable in our studio space.

      • All high touch areas are sanitized between classes.

      • Studio floors are mopped daily.

      • Sanitizer is available in multiple locations in the studio.

      • Our props will are cleaned after every class.

      • We have plenty of space in the studio to allow for a little personal space.

      • You aren’t required to mask up but feel free to wear a mask if you prefer.

      • Buuuuut, and this is the big one….if you feel unwell at all. DO NOT come to class. We think you are wonderful, but stay home and rest!!
