All the classes are 20-30 minutes ’cause time is precious and its freaking hard to focus on yoga for 90 minutes at home. We all know that by minute 60 you are completely distracted by the fact that the one floorboard in the corner of the living room is absurdly crooked. (What kind of animal put that floor in?!?)
